Thie wonderful cream helps to relieve inflammation in the joints and is very good for relieving pain along the spine. It contains Star Anise oil and Cajeput both very very good pain and inflammation relievers on their own, but combined the action is amazing. Arthritis in the hands makes life difficult but my JRC cream helps to take the stiffness away.
